Pricing questions

Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Starter plan is free forever for up to 5 units and 1 user, with the portfolio dashboard, properties, units, tenants and basic compliance tracking.

How does the free trial work?

New companies get a 14-day Pro trial with no card required. When it ends you move to the free Starter plan unless you choose a paid plan.

What counts as a unit?

A unit is each lettable home or space you add, such as a flat, a house or a commercial unit. Plans include a set number of units and you can add more at any time.

What happens if I have more units than my plan includes?

Pro includes 50 units, then £1 per extra unit per month. Business includes 250 units, then £0.75 per extra unit per month.

Can I pay yearly?

Yes. Yearly billing costs the same as 10 months, so you get 2 months free.

Do tenants count as users?

No. Users are your own team members. Tenants invited to the tenant portal don't count towards your plan's user limit.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Cancel in Settings → Billing and you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for.

Do you charge VAT?

No VAT is currently charged. Prices are in GBP.

Where is my data stored?

Your data is stored in a database hosted in London. Every request is checked by the database itself, so one company can never see another company's records.
