Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of PropManager ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your business.

Your account

PropManager is for business use. Keep your login details secure; you're responsible for activity by the users you invite.

Plans and payment

• New companies get a 14-day free trial. Afterwards you move to the free plan unless you subscribe.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Stripe, based on the number of units in your workspace, and renew automatically until you cancel.
• Plan changes are prorated. We'll give 30 days' notice of any price increase.

Cancellation

Cancel any time in Settings → Billing. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund part-used periods.

Your data

You own the data you add, and you're responsible for having the right to use it. We only process it to provide the service, keep it secure, and delete it if you close your account.

Fair use

Don't misuse the service, break the law with it, or try to access other companies' data. We may suspend accounts that do.

Not professional advice

Reports, forecasts and compliance reminders are tools to help you. You remain responsible for your legal obligations as a landlord or agent.

Liability

We work hard to keep PropManager running but can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We're not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms and will email account owners about significant changes.
